Adding Time Entries for Other Employees

In Growee, an Admin can add a time log for another employee, ensuring accuracy and avoiding discrepancies. To do this, log in as an Admin, Manager, or HR and go to the Time module page. You can create a time entry for a different employee and date it in the past or future if needed.


Edit a Time Log

To edit a time log for an employee, follow these steps:
    Select a specific date using calendar.
    Select a time entry and click on 'Edit' on the right side of the page.
    The time log entry will then be displayed for editing.


Delete a Time Log

To delete a time log for an employee, follow these steps:
    Search for a specific date using calendar
    Select a particular time entry
    Click on 'Edit' button
    Click on the on the 'trash bin' icon, and a confirmation window will appear

A confirmation window will be displayed to confirm deletion.
