In Growee adding an employee requires specific permissions. Users granted these permissions include Admins, HR, and Managers.

Team Member Module
The process of adding a new member involves the following steps:
Open the Team module.
Click on 'Add Member'.
Ensure to fill in the mandatory fields in the registration form.
The mandatory fields include:
First Name
Last Name
Email
To assign a specific role to the new member:
An Admin, HR, or Manager can choose from the 'Role' dropdown menu.
'Employee' is the most commonly selected role.
If your organization does not have an HR or Manager, you can create or add a member with any of these roles.
Role Types
When assigning a role to a new member, ensure that the following fields are completed:
Contract Type: Choose from Employment Contract, B2B - Paid Holidays, and B2B - Unpaid Holidays.
Working Start Date: Specify the start date for work.
Each contract type has unique characteristics. The 'Employment Contract' is the most commonly used due to its wide range of opportunities.

After filling in all the mandatory fields with the necessary information, you can proceed to create your new member. Please keep in mind that rest of the fields can and should be populated afterwards for a better transparency.
The new member will be displayed in the Team module's list of employees. If additional information about the new member needs to be added, you can do so later by editing and updating any fields.
Once the new member's profile has been created, the next step in the process is to send an invitation.
Initially, in the Team module, the new member’s status will be listed as 'Uninvited'. To send an invitation, an Admin, HR, or Manager needs to click on the 'Send Invite' option from the 'Actions' menu.

When you send the invitation, a pop-up confirmation window will appear. After confirming, you will see a message indicating that the invite has been sent to the new member's email.

Create a new password
Accept the invitation
