Editing Your Profile in Growee
To edit your profile in Growee, follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
Select 'My Profile'.
Tabs on the Account Profile Page
- Profile: Displays general account information.
- Employee Profile: Shows details related to the employee's profile.
- Personal Goals: Allows setting and tracking personal goals.
- Personal Calendar: Sharing personal events with team members.
- Security: Manages account security settings.
- Language: Enables language preferences.
- Security: Allows to change passwords.
Personal Goals Tab
On the 'My Profile' page, you'll find the 'Personal Goals' tab. This feature is accessible to every role and is used for personal development, such as learning a new skill.
An Admin or Manager can create a goal for an Employee and track its progress.
As shown in the image above, there's a tracking percentage for the goal, indicating your progress towards achieving it. This serves as a motivational tool in your quest to learn something new.
Personal Calendar
The Personal Calendar tab serves as a centralized hub for organizing and viewing personal events, tasks, and reminders. It is designed to help users keep track of their daily, weekly, and monthly activities, ensuring they stay on top of their commitments and manage their time effectively.
Security
Change your password regularly to enhance security.
Language
Customize language settings for the profile, with options available in English and Romanian. Admins have the ability to change the language for the entire company or just their profile.
