Template Management

You can create and manage templates for employees and holidays within your organization. There are two types of templates that can be created:
  • Employees: Templates for managing employee-related information.
  • Holidays: Templates for organizing holiday schedules and information.

Automatically create a document when a new employee is added or a holiday is approved.

Template Creation in Growee

When creating a template in Growee, you can utilize the built-in composer to incorporate variables and design the template. For instance:

If a new template (e.g., Employee) is created and the Auto Generate checkbox is selected:
  • Document Display: The document will immediately appear in the Documents section of the employee's details after adding a new employee.
  • Email Notification: An automatic email will be sent to notify the new user about the uploaded document.
After creating the template, it will appear in the templates list, showing entity types (holiday or employee) and whether it is marked as 'Auto Generated.'

To create a new holiday request template, follow these steps:
  • Create a new template, for example, 'Holiday Request'.
  • Check the box for 'Auto Generate'.
  • Go to the Holidays module and request a new holiday.
  • After the holiday is approved, the new document will be generated and displayed in the 'Documents' section, along with an email notification.

To download any template, use the Download option in the three-dot menu.
Templates can also be deleted. To do this, use the 'Delete' option in the three-dot menu.
