Inviting a Team Member in Growee

To invite an team member in Growee, you need to have Admin, Manager, or HR role.
You also need the team member valid email, typically the company's email.

Follow these steps to continue with the onboarding process:
    Access the 'Team' module.
    Complete the form with mandatory information.

Required Fields:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email
  • Role
  • Contract Type
  • Working Start Date

For Contract Type, there are three types available: Employment Contract, B2B - Paid Holidays, and B2B - Unpaid Holidays. Each of these contract types differs from one another. You can choose the one that best fits your collaboration type.

Now that all mandatory fields have been populated, go ahead and click on the 'Create' button. Keep in mind that the rest of the fields can be populated as well or after user has been created.
To invite a team member, there are two options:
  • In the 'add member' form, check the 'Send Invite' check-box.

  • The second option would also be in the Team module, where the list of members is displayed.

Follow the steps below to send the invite:
  • Step 1: Click on the three-dotted menu
  • Step 2: Select 'Send Invite'
  • Step 3: Confirm the invitation in the dialog window


Sending Confirmation

After clicking the 'Send' button, a confirmation message will appear at the top. This message informs the Admin/Manager/HR that an invitation has been sent to the new employee's email. Below, the email subject and the invitation are displayed:

Welcome to Growee!

After clicking on the 'Accept Invitation' button, as an Employee, you will need to enter your 'Password' and confirm it on the follow-up page.

Once you confirm your credentials, you will officially join Growee. A welcome message will will be displayed, and your status in the Team module will be set to 'Active'.

If you're reconsidering inviting a specific member, you can cancel the invite using the Team module.

After selecting the 'Cancel Invite' option, a confirmation message window will be displayed.

Confirm the cancellation and the status of the invitee will change to 'Cancelled'.
