How To Edit A Holiday Request

After your holiday request has been approved, you may need to make changes due to personal reasons. Here's how you can proceed:


Modifying A Holiday Request

  • Check Status: Ensure the holiday is in 'Pending' status before making any modifications.
  • Access Edit: Click the 'Edit' button to open the holiday request dialog window.
  • Consideration: If the holiday is already 'approved', seek assistance from an Admin, Manager, or HR to cancel the approved request and submit a new one.

Important: Holiday request notifications
  • Notification: Employees receive a notification when a holiday request is cancelled.
  • Options: Use "Cancel Request" or have your Manager "Reject" the request if you change your mind about a holiday.
  • Manager, Admin, or HR: They can use the "Reject Request" option in critical situations like impending project deadlines or lack of backup.
