As a business owner, it's crucial to ensure that employees are satisfied, aware of internal happenings, and informed about future development plans. Monitoring each employee's performance is also important. To address these needs, Growee provides a solution: Evaluations.
Technical Evaluation For An Employee
As an Employer, you can conduct one-on-one meetings with employees every three or six months, based on the company's culture. In Growee, evaluations can be created by an Admin or a Manager, depending on the organizational model. HR role has view mode only.
Evaluation types can be different for each organization. Currently in Growee there are two default evaluations type: Technical and Salary. Depending on the company needs, any other type of organization can be added in Configurations by an Admin role.

Creating an Evaluation
Name of the Employee: Fill in the name of the employee
Person Assigned: Specify the person assigned to conduct the evaluation
Evaluation Date: Set the date for the evaluation
Evaluation Type: There are two types, technical and salay.
Notify Date: Optionally, set a date to notify the evaluated person in advance
Notifications will be sent to remind the employee about the upcoming evaluation and provide any necessary notes.
After Creation
An email will be sent to the individual being evaluated, providing them with the details.

Email Notification: A reminder will be sent one to two days before the evaluation.

To access more detailed information about the upcoming event, users can click on the 'Check Evaluation' button in the email, where everything related to the evaluation will be displayed.
