If a user wants to view the hierarchy of the organization they are part of, or see their colleagues, they can always do so by accessing the Teams module. In this module, users can view a list displaying all individuals along with their title, email, and status.

Additionally, each member has a photo associated with their name, which can be updated individually by each member.

Viewing Colleagues
Now that you can view all your colleagues, you can go deeper by clicking on any of them to display 'Employee Details'. It's important to note that the amount of information visible in 'Employee Details' may vary.

Understanding the 'Status' Column
The 'Status' column indicates whether a member is currently part of the organization.

Options for Employee Information
Edit option: Allows editing of employee information.
View option: Enables users to see comprehensive details about the employee, including Details, Documents, Evaluations, Holidays, and Goals when logged in as an Admin.
Editing Options To Update An Employee
The 'Archive' option in Growee is used when an employee leaves the company. Archiving a user removes them from all modules, such as Dashboard, Teams, Time, Holidays, and Evaluations. However, the archived user is still included in the Reports module for specific accounting purposes.
